Gardenboi Account Deletion

You can delete your Gardenboi account and associated data in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Delete Your Account In The App
- Open Gardenboi and sign in to your account.
- Go to your profile screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Option 2: Email Support
If you cannot access the app, email support@seamly.ca from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line Gardenboi Account Deletion Request.
What Data Is Deleted
When your Gardenboi account is deleted, we delete the following associated data from our active systems:
- Your profile information, including display name, bio, and avatar
- Your gardens, plants, and schedules
- Your posts, uploaded images, comments, and reactions
- Your garden buddy connections and related social data
Retention
Account deletion removes your Gardenboi data from the app's active systems. Short-lived technical backups or storage lifecycle delays may persist briefly before being automatically purged.
